Next Level Inspection – General Services

All Next Level residential inspection services include a detailed analysis of over 400 different components of the exterior and interior of a structure. Included with your Next Level general inspection are Next Level processes such as:

• Texas Dept. of Agriculture (TDA) Licensed Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection and Reporting. EVERY NEXT LEVEL BASIC HOME AND COMMERCIAL INSPECTION COMES WITH A FREE WDI INSPECTION AND REPORT! Our Next Level Certified Inspectors are TDA Certified Pest Application Technicians and/or Commercial Applicators.
• Certified Residential Thermography. Each Next Level is also a Certified Residential Thermographer, and can provide IR-based information within your inspection parameters.
• Commercial (Part 107) FAA Drone Services . Our Next Level Certified Inspectors are Certified FAA Commercial sUAS (drone) pilots. Using drone technology allows inspectors to provide much needed information reference areas that are normally hard to reach on structures such as tall chimneys and two-story, steep, or dangerous roofs.
• CSR/2000 Crawlspace Robotic Technology, Next Level Certified Inspectors are trained in the utilization of robotic crawlspace technology to provide sub-flooring and foundation information in areas that are normally not accessible to standard inspections and inspectors.

At the end of the inspection, we provide a detailed report outlining the results of the inspection. If the client can be present for the report, we will answer questions and clarify anything in the report, make recommendations for maintaining your home, and do a visual walk through to show you the results of our evaluation.

N.A.W.T. Well and Septic Inspection Services.  ProInspect requires every Next Level Certified Inspector to maintain a current N.A.W.T. You can be assured that your Inspector is qualified and licensed to perform water related inspection services. We also provide a complete water sample testing service including sample collection, transport to lab, in/out processing, and report delivery.

Phased Residential Inspection Services
